of last meeting were reviewed: The library did not contact Sharon regarding the
library program; no further info regarding the massage ball seminar; Peach
Classic draw will be that Pat Amundsen will get entry for next years race,
Gloria Wollner will get $75 for France (she is in the worlds next year) the tri
club will get 2 certificates for next year from the Peach Classic society.;
Finance Report revenue from membership $3500, $80 from Dr Brooks seminar,$60
from supported ride,; The locals jersey fund $188.90.
New
business

No
locals pasta feed as the buffet was not functioning at Anthony’s Pub. Brad inquired with Mika at Smith&Co and
they are interested for next year as is Anthony’s.

Big
thank you to Jen Andrews, Stuart Fish, who rode their scooters, Lisa Singleton
her car and Christine Ostrom with her broom for keeping McLean Creek hill clear
of tacks on Ironman day!

Ironman
did not publicly acknowledge any efforts the triclub made to clean Mclean
Creek. There was also a miscommunication regarding volunteer duties and “tech vehicles”. Big thank you to Chris and Lisa Prowse for their
help during Ironman day!

reimbursed for traveling to other races, they must apply and show a photo in
the race wearing local jersey.

would like to be a part of the Pounders/Tri Club Awards banquet. Discussion
followed and consensus was that that will be acceptable.

The
triathlete from Australia who collapsed 750 meters from the finish line of
Ironman and taken to PRH, Dan McGuigan has a bill of $10,000 and a fund was set
up to help him with his medical costs. $5000 has been raised so far. The triclub was requested by James to put
some money towards this and it was proposed by Catherine that the club donate
$200 seconded by James passed by all present.
