September 1, 2008 New UV system at the pool !!! Congratulations to everyone who helped raise money for the new UV system at the community centre pool. Many club members raised money in April during the KISU swimathon, where KISU raised over $17,000. The Penticton Triathlon Club donated $3000 in July, matched by the Ironman Canada Race Society. A number of club members helped to clean up the IMC run course on Aug.25 for the final $323 needed to pay for the UV system!!
