Swimming with Jonathan Caron:

· Tuesday and Thursday, at 6am.

Training with Kevin Cutjar:

SWIM     5 Week Clinic - June 6th to July 6th - Tu/Th mornings 6-7am. Master style workouts with freestyle focus for triathletes.

Limited lane space so confirm your attendance ASAP. Must be Penticton tri club member, so anyone in the indoor cycling program is covered.                     $75.00* 

*Friday morning lake sessions will be added late June/early July, pending water temp.


Suits triathletes or Fondo/Fitness cyclists. Tuesday or Thursday evening, depending on ability/speed/experience (one night or the other). I'll let you know which night as soon as we firm up who is in the program - so please REPLY asap, if you'd like to attend. 5.30pm from the Bike Barn. May-Thru-Aug, $30/month* (tax incl) 


5.30pm Wednesday at or from the PenHi Track, depending on the workout structure. This program is designed for triathletes and will be tailored to athletes' upcoming events. May Thru Aug. $30/month* (tax incl)

The 2017  Barley Mill Pub Bare Bones Duathlon is the BC Provincial Duathlon Championships, scheduled to be held at 11AM, Saturday, May 13 in Penticton, BC.  See "Events" tab.  The Bare Bone bike course is part of the ITU Long Distance bike course.
